Ilham Atolyesi Ilham Atolyesi (Inspiration Workshop) project was launched in May with the aim of helping high school students in the earthquake zone, who are preparing for exams, to get away from the stress of exams and the traumatic effects of the earthquake through art. The first phase of the project was successfully realized at Adıyaman Gölbaşı Science High School.
In this phase, 70 students participated in one-day ceramics, painting and photography workshops accompanied by experts. In the workshops, students learned the basic theoretical knowledge of the three art branches and had the opportunity to make practical applications. In this process, students had the opportunity to express themselves by acquiring new hobbies and getting away from the stress of exams and the traumatic effects of the earthquake.
The works that emerged as a result of the workshops will meet art lovers at the Ilham Atolyesi (Inspiration Workshop) Exhibition, which will be opened at the Museum Gazhane between July 5 and July 20. Each work is named and narrated by the student who created it, so that the emotions and experiences behind the works will be shared with art lovers.
At the end of the exhibition, the works will be sold and the proceeds will be used to contribute to the construction of schools in the earthquake zone. In this way, the students will both find morale with the exhibition of their own artworks and contribute to the region they live in.
As Ahbap Association, we are very happy to support the motivation of young people in the earthquake region through art and contribute to their education with the Ilham Atolyesi (Inspiration Workshop) project.
